The first time I saw one of these toilets I was in severe culture shock. There is NO TISSUE. You fill up the pitcher with water and get clean best you can, and try to leave the area dry. No wonder they don't wear pants.....

oh my goodness! They had these in Albania! We called them turkish toilets. I never had to use one but I saw some pretty scary ones!
